Some Option data is skipped in Option Chain why ?

I have Option Positions opened for TSLA , NVDA, REGN, AAPL, XLK, BNTX, PFE, SOXX, IBM.

• Why am I getting the errors for BNTX, PFE, SOXX, IBM , I am not seeing these errors for TSLA , NVDA, REGN, AAPL, XLK. ( Screen 1)
• Why for BNTX, PFE, SOXX, IBM I see the Avg Price = 100*Avg Price of one option ( i.e. Price of One Contract); For TSLA , NVDA, REGN, AAPL, XLK I see AvgPrice= Avg Price of one option ( Screen 2)
• Why for BNTX, PFE, SOXX, IBM I don’t get bid/ask/market price ; I get the bid/ask/marketprice for TSLA , NVDA, REGN, AAPL, XLK

Follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
• Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
