NinjaContinuum not updating chart data

only populates new charts without live updates on both my computers- one looks like sim, other grays out the dom and chart trader icons with same Ninja Continuum connection and the other has them both

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.

If this is demo, then you can see some instruments without realtime updates (for ex BTC futures, etc). If you open new chart, then NT downloads available history and of course doesn't show updates.
