    Chunk of time missing from NinjaTrader 8

    14:39-15:00 is missing from all of my 3 min charts as well as my Range charts. I have NQ, ES, YM & GC. I am running 8.0.25.0 64-bit
    I have tired
    1) reloading all historical data
    2) restarting NT8
    3) repairing the DB

    Thank you for your post.

    Who is your broker/data provider?

    Is this occurring on today's charts? What time zone are you located in?

    Do charts of other time frames display data for that time period on those instruments?

      I have a similar problem, I'm missing data from 14:16 to 14:25 today on my GC 04-22 Unirenko chart. My data provider is Kinetick, I have reloaded the data several times. I watched the data live during that period, and saw the trades there. I know in particular because I sold an MGC contract at 14:19:42 at 1766.9, and I don't see that price at that time on the chart. The chart is also missing indications at that time, that gave me the sell signal.

            I'm connected to Kinetick and I'm seeing data between those times on my GC 04-22 chart. If you right click on the chart and select Reload All Historical data do you see data in that time frame?

              I tried that, still showing the same gap between 14:16:14 and 14:25:21.

                Thank you for your reply.

                I would advise deleting your historical data for the instrument and clearing the cache, then attempting to redownload the historical data.

                Please delete your historical data using the instructions provided at the following page of the NinjaTrader Help Guide:

                Removing Historical Data
                • Once the data has been deleted close NinjaTrader. Open the Documents\NinjaTrader 8\db\cache folder. Select all files then right mouse click and select “delete.”
                • Open NinjaTrader and connect to your data provider. Open a new chart.
