Help Locating my serial number (seriously)

Hello Ninjatrader support:

I've been away for 39 months. Now, I want to get back into trading. However, I have not turned my computer on for a while and after installing all of windows updates and launching Ninjatrader, I get the message PLEASE UPDATE TO THE LATEST VERSION OF NINJTRADER (see attached image). Ninjatrader promptly closes. I know you can get the serial number through Help menu, but I cannot even open Ninjatrader. So how can I update without the serial number ?

Any thoughts?

Thank you for your note.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S 3394487" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
