    market replay - no replay

    time ticks by on the playback slider window but charts don't move and nothing in the DOM. yes, I'm sure i have the data loaded, correct contract, etc. please advise

    Thank you for your post.

    Having the data downloaded or recorded for replay is the only requirement to successfully replay market data.

    You can right-click on the Playback Control window and select available data to see what data is available for replay.

    Are you using the correct contract month?

    Could you please send an image of your chart, playback control window, and the available data window, with the dates and times you are attempting to replay expanded?

    To send a screenshot with Windows 7 or newer I would recommend using Window's Snipping Tool.

    Alternatively to send a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screenshot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CTRL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save as a jpeg file and send the file as an attachment.
