Some charts not updating or loading blank

So I am using a sim trading account, and while some charts like MES load and update fine. Some others like MGC load, but not update, and have to be manually closed and opened for them to be updated, then there are others like QC that simply load blank. I have heard of going to Database Management and checking "Future expires", but every time I check that and update, it is unchecked when I open Database Management again.

Thank you for your post.

When using a Futures demo in NinjaTrader. Real-time data is not available for the MGC Futures. Only historical data will be available with a demo account. QC is not available with a demo account. If you were using a live account you could subscribe to real-time data with your broker and load data as expected.
