Please make a reasonable Horizontal Grid Line

Hi NT Support,

Could you please make automatic horizontal grid line with reasonable interval value? Please check the attachment, for TSLA stock, TradingView, ThinkorSwim, Multicharts made 12-15 horizontal grid lines on the chart, which can help to see the price level. However, on the same chart, NT made 5 lines, which is useless. Please don't say I can manually do adjustment, there is no way to do it when I track 300 stocks, if you do $200 per line for $3500 AMZN, you certainly can't use it for $20 T. I don't ask too much, I just want NT to meet industry standard.

Hi traderharley, thanks for posting.

The grid lines can be edited by right-clicking the chart>Properties>Grid Line - Horizontal/Grid Line - Vertical. Right click the price panel on the right (where all the prices are)> Properties> Here you can adjust the price level settings for the chart.

Hi Chris, in my original post, I told you I know how to do manual adjustment, I have 300 stocks to track everyday, how to do manual adjustment for every stock?

Hi traderharley, thanks for your reply.

There are Horizontal Line drawing tools, and there are the horizontal grid lines for each chart that is generated. If you want to save the default so that horizontal grid lines show up on each chart, click preset>save on the chart preferences window to save the preset. It looks like you have a preset that is removing the horizontal grid lines.

Hi fut_practic, I installed VertScaler as indicator, and didn't see any change of horizontal grid line on the chart, could you please let me know how to use it? Thanks so much for sharing.
