Getting Error -"Failed to Verify License.Please try again in few minutes"

HI There,

I have suddenly started getting this error as mentioned in the SL. ( for NinjaT 8)
I have restarted the machine and reinstalled the Ninjatrader 8 SW again. But the error still persists.

I have dropped an email to plstformsupport but if I need to adderss it to any speicifc individual, pls. advise.

Most commonly, this error is caused by a firewall or other security suite that blocks NinjaTrader's access.

If you are aware of such an application (e.g. Kaspersky, BitDefender, Norton,...), please ensure that NinjaTrader has been added to the exclusion list.

If you are unable to track down which application is causing this, or if you have not yet heard back from our support team, please let me know!
