PlayBack visual bug

Hi, I'm wondering how to fix a visual bug in the chart on NT8, using de tool PlayBack, I just see many lines and not all the candles. Please help.

Hello Elias,

Can you please right click in the Playback control window and select 'Show Available Data'. This will open a new window that shows all data that is present. Could it be you don't have Market Replay data present in NinjaTrader for the ES 12-21 and time that is replayed? You can download Market Replay data at Control Center-->Tools-->Historical Data-->Load-tab-->Get Market Replay data (while disconnected from the Playback connection).

Do you receive 1 minute price bars for each minute if you test a new chart without indicators or add-ons?

What time zone do you have selected at Control Center-->Tools-->Options-->General-->Time zone?

Yes, i tried all of that and still persist the bug.
