Kinetick data

This is a bit off topic but does anybody know how long it takes to get a new non-professional data account permissioned with Kinetick ? I opened a new account on wednesday, morning, requested the non-pro fees and got a response back that they would let me know when the request has been processed. Now it's Friday afternoon still waiting and just getting delayed data.

I expected a quicker turnaround and if it takes longer that's fine but I'd kinda like an idea when I can start trading.

Thanks, Christopher. I actually did email them yesterday and asked how long it might take and their response was only that they would let me know when the request has been processed.

Got an email from Kinetick and my account is now permissioned and receiving Live data. Yea !
