keeping alerts even after chart tab close

every time i close or change a symbol in my chart all of my alerts are lost. Is there a way I can keep them just the same way drawings stay in the chart? i have an alert that triggers every time my drawed support and resistance lines are crossed and am having to set this up every time I open up the symbol.

Thank you for your note.

It would be expected for an Alert to be removed if closing the chart window or switching to a different instrument that does not have the same drawing tools the alert is applied to.

The workaround would be to have separate chart windows for the specific instruments with the alerts applied in each window or have multiple tabs in the same chart window for each instrument with their own drawing tools and alerts.
