Set Alert in Trend channel

Hey everybody,

i want to trigger an alert if price moves under the trendline.
For that i have chosen Condition -> ES 12-21 Less TrendChannel 79().

Unfortunately this doesn´t work.
If i draw an horizontal line and use an alert in the same manner it works fine.

What could be the mistake?

Thank you for your reply.

Sounds like you might have several trend channels applied - are you certain the one you wish to put the alert on is TrendChannel 79? You can double check the name by double clicking on the trend channel in question.

I've just tested with the trend channel and I'm able to get an alert to trigger. Could you provide a screenshot of your chart showing the trend channel as well as the settings for the alert you have configured?

i tried it two more times with different futures - it´s the right channel.
I attached the screenshots, maybe you can spot the mistake there.

In the alert condition you have set up, which price level for the trend channel is selected? 0.00% or 100.0%?

Ok, that was the right hint.
I added two Price Levels in Properties (of trend channel) / Parallel / Levels / add / Value(%) 100 and 0.

Now it works fine. Thank you for your help!
