Interactive Brokers: charts are not updating

Hello Support,


I was out for a week or so and i notice that the Ninja Trader Charts are not updating anymore. I use Interactive Brokers and has worked fine until now. I tried several different ways to troubleshoot but haven't been able to fix it yet. So far i have

1) Verified that i have an active data license with interactive brokers
2) I am able to see the tick by tick data coming through on the chart trader screen for all the instruments.

But the bars on the chart are not moving as they should. Please help since this is a huge issue for me.

I notice that you sent us an email directly as well as posting on the forums. Please make sure to only choose one method of contact as multiple inquiries add to the time it will take for us to respond. We discovered that you were connecting with Interactive Brokers using an unsupported version of TWS. Please always make sure to be using the supported version of TWS/Gateway. The download can be found in the connection guide:
