Charts freezing after update to NT (8.0.25.0 64-bit)

My stock chart are getting freeze and every time I have to use (ctrl+shift+r) to reload historical data. My date provider is IBKR. It was working fine before.

Also the problem is only with Instrument type = Stock. Forex symbols working fine with no issues.

Please help me to resolve the issue as I am only a stock trader and my day got ruined today due this issue.

Thanks for your post.

Unless you are using multiple connections, and have different preferred data providers configured in the Control Center's Tools > Options > Market Data window, we should expect realtime data for all asset types provided from your Interactive Brokers connection.

Other than the above, please test using the version of Trader Workstation or IB Gateway that we recommend and provide in our Connection Guide. Sometimes unexpected behavior can be encountered if you are using a different version of TWS/IB Gateway with NinjaTrader.

If you still see the same behavior on the current build of NinjaTrader 8, using the version of TWS/IB Gateway we provide in the Connection Guide, and you are only connected to Interactive Brokers, there would be nothing else blocking the realtime data. You may wish to then contact Interactive Brokers to verify that your realtime stock data enablements are not delayed. (Delayed data from Interactive Brokers is not supported with NinjaTrader.)
