Often Chart freezes when closing a trade

So, far have seen in SIMM. That when I close a trade the chart freezes sometimes. The profit or loss stays in the "UNREALIZED P&L" Doesn't move to "Realize" Have to reload NT. When I get back on the money is gone. If, this happens in live. After I reload NT. The money I made could have turned into a loss. On the newest version 25. Any ideas?
