Real time VIX Data stream?

Hi,

Since Ninjatrader recently has it's own brokerage services, I'm wondering if it has looked into ^VIX real time data stream. I noticed that when I added ^VIX, the data is not updated in real time, in either LIVE or SIM. It just stuck in there.

Please let me know if there is something Ninjatrader can look into it..to see if it's possible to have the real time VIX data stream that will help us.
