Playback Connection Crashes

Please help. My Playback Connection keeps crashing everytime I try to connect to it. I keep getting an orange line item showing up in the log, Indicator ": Error on calling 'OnBarUpdate' method on bar XX: Collection was modified; enumeration operation may not execute. (See attached photo)

Can you please send me your log and trace files so that I may investigate.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
