Alert set on outstanding volume

Hello

I'm trying to set an alert based triggered when there's an outstanding volume compared to the previous bar.

In other words and alert that plays a sound when the bar closes with an outstanding volume .. meaning outstanding ie 300% higher than volume of the previous bar.

I've read all Alert configuration support documentation , but still not been able to configure anything that works.


Can you pls help me with the Alert configuration settings so there's an alert when the volume is 300% (or whatever) higher than previous bar.

Thank you for your inquiry.

Using the 'Volume' price type for ES 12-21 should allow you to create this fairly easily. To achieve this, you would want to use the attached settings from within the Conditions builder. Please note that in the image, I have made sure to set the 'Bars ago' setting to 1 on the right side, applied an offset to the condition on the right of 300%, set both sides of the condition to use the 'Volume' price type, and used the 'Greater equal' relational operator.
