Charts are freezing, but data is working fine

Recently ran into an issue where my charts are freezing and not refreshing. I have a T&S window open that shows prices/data coming through in real time, but the issue is my charts are not updating.
Can you please assist?

First, try restarting your platform and reconnecting to your Data Provider to see if that resolves the behavior. If you see live price movement for these instruments in the SuperDOM window or the Ask/Bid on the Chart Trader but do not see price movement on your charts still, double-check that the 'End Date' in the Data Series window is set to 'Today'. You may need to right-click on the Chart and select 'Reload Historical Data' for any changes to make to take effect.

Please let me know if you still do not see live price movement on your charts after following the steps above.
