No FXCM data in Ninja8

Hi,

I have a FXCM account for Ninja 8. I get data for NAS100, USOIL.

But when I select a different CFD from the CFD list, for example AEX25 there is no data in de chart. It stays blanco.

Why, what am I doing wrong here?

Thank you for your post.

This is due to the AEX25 instrument not having a default symbol mapping for FXCM.

You may enter this by following the steps below:

• Navigate to the Control Center > Tools > Instruments
• Search for AEX25
• Double left-click on the instrument to show the instrument settings
• Enter the symbol map in the FXCM or NinjaTrader FXCM depending on which connection you are using
  • If you are not sure of the Symbol Mapping then I would recommend reaching out to FXCM to confirm
• Click 'OK' > 'OK' to save your changes
• Right-click in your AEX25 chart and select 'Reload all Historical Data'
