When I try to load the MCL daily chart, I get a chart as shown. The CL daily chart works properly however. I'm using ninjatrader as my brokerage. This issue has been going on for while. What could be the problem?

MCL futures daily chart does not show up correctly
Hello,
When I try to load the MCL daily chart, I get a chart as shown. The CL daily chart works properly however. I'm using ninjatrader as my brokerage. This issue has been going on for while. What could be the problem?1 PhotoTags: None

Thank you for your post.
Resetting your instruments should resolve this item.
To reset your instruments, please take the steps below.- First, disconnect from any data providers by navigating to the Control Center > Connections menu, and left-click on “disconnect” that appears to the right when hovering your mouse over any active connection
- Next, reset your instruments by navigating to the Control Center > Tools > Database Management
- In the Database Management window, under the “Update instruments” section, ensure that “General properties”, "Futures expiries" and “Symbol mappings” options are checked and then click Update
- Lastly, restart NinjaTrader for the changes to occur

I made these changes but the problem remains.

Thank you for your reply.
You can use the steps below to delete the cache and historical data for this instrument in the platform. The data will re-download when NinjaTrader reopens and connects to your data provider or brokerage account. Please use the following steps:- Close NinjaTrader
- Open a Windows file explorer
- Documents
- NinjaTrader 8
- Open the db folder
- Delete the contents of the cache folder
- Delete the folder using the instrument's name from the day folder
- Start NinjaTrader
