Inconsistent Replay Positions

Good day,
I'm in the process of replaying today's (11/12/2021) NQ price action, and I've come across what appears to be inconsistent position amounts. The chart shows that the NQ state is flat, but the Account Summary shows an Unrealized Loss of $40.00. Please see the attached screenshot for details.
Can you provide an explanation?

Thank you for your post.

The Unrealized PnL on the 'Accounts' tab is account-wide, which means that you will see unrealized profit and loss for any positions that you have across the platform. However, the PnL Display on your chart is only relevant to that specific instrument. If you go to the 'Positions' tab, do you see any open positions on any other instrument?
