System Crash when trying to attach indicator to a strategy in Blackbird

Each time I try to select an indicator to use as a stop or an entry, my NT crashes. Yesterday Sharkindicator crew had me uninstall everything that was their software, all files associated with it & then I ran a compile on remaining indicators but found no errors. I also reset my database & then reinstalled everything. Since it isn't working still, they told me to contact you.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.

Same problem for me, unfortunately I have to stop using BlackBird, very unstable and freezes up completely.
Can you imagine placing orders on the market that everything freezes...well that's what I experienced, I finished my transaction on the platform of Interactive Broker...
I am looking to automate my trades, so I will continue my research.
