Risk Reward Tool Vanishes if Anchors Not visible

There's a bug with the risk reward tool that causes it to vanish if its anchors are not visible on the chart

Steps to reproduce:

1. Maximize chart window
2. draw risk reward tool
3. Reduce size of chart window so that the RR anchors are outside of the visible chart area

Thank you for your note.

This behavior is expected when the anchor points are far enough away from the visible x-axis range.

The workaround currently would be grab the Risk-Reward Tool and drag it along the x-axis as shown in the video below:

If its expected then why do none of the other drawing tools work like this? This tool is useful for working out measured moves on a higher timeframe chart to figure out a potential target, but useless if you can't actually see it on the lower timeframe.

I've fixed it and attached the non-defective version.
