I signed up for the free LIve trading license, but now I can't trade on my sim account. I also can't trade on my live account even though I though I could submit orders but at a higher commission rate.

To send me your log and trace files from within NinjaTrader. Go to Control Center-->Help-->Email Support in NinjaTrader. Put '3351945 - Att Shawn', in the subject field and enable 'Log and trace files'. Also, give a reference of this thread in the body of the email.
