Can´t load bars correctly

Hello, when I start the NinjaTrader I have the error Message:

HTTP request failed object=´/pricearchive/catalog.xml` errorCode=6`

The Chart is making a big gap then and show bar at the current moment is building up.

I have FXCM connection.

Have resettet the database and instrument list and repaired db but nothing worked.

Can you please right click in the chart, select "Reload All Historical Data" and check if the missing data is loaded.

In addition, send me your log and trace files so that I may look into the error.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
