VX data before 2012?

The earliest bar I can get from NT8 (with NinjaTrader Continuum) for VX future is Feb 27, 2012. While on other platforms (e.g. TradingView/BarChart) I'm able to see the data way before that time (2004-ish). This also happens to TRIN/TICK where earliest bar is around 2011. I'd like to check the data before 2007.

What am I missing here?

NinjaTrader's historical data server started recording these instruments in 2011/2012. Due to this limitation, we're unfortunately not able to provide historical data going back further than these dates.

The only option to receive data going back further would be to use a different provider or a third-party service providing historical data.

I've also tested these instruments with Kinetick, which seems to offer data going back to March and September 2005, respectively:
