StrategyAnalyzer->Calculating forever(IBKR TWS)

Hello,
I'm new to NinjaTrader and evaluating it now. I use NinjaTrader 8 + successfully connected to my IBKR TWS + created simple strategy.

The Problem:
I've created or selected existing strategy and testing it in "Strategy Analyzer" but sometime(unfortunately too often) after I press button "Run" it "Calculating..." forever. It definitely not because of Heavy Calculatoins - because same strategy works fine for some tickers.
Sometime similar happen when I open "Chart" and enter Ticker + timeframe - it "Loading..." forever.
I thought it because it cannot download data, but sometime when It "Calculating..." forever it can easily open same ticker+timeframe in "Chart"

I still think it cannot download necessary data from API. I know IBKR API has some limitation, but as I know I'm still within IBKR API limits. I checked "Log" tab - and it says nothing about any errors happen. Is it possible somehow find out what is wrong and how to avoid it. Because at first glance I like ninjatrader but these problems extremely irritating.

• What version of Trader Workstation are you currently using? This may be found under Help > About Trader Workstation
• Are you able to replicate this behavior when using the built in Strategy named 'Sample MA Crossover'?

Sorry, seems I understand the problem... When I sent you screenshot I've noticed Time frame start date 2021-01-01 it is tooo much for 5minutes. When I changed to smaller interval it loaded. I hope it resolve most of my problem. But anyway if there is a way I can see load progress or some hints I load too many bars etc - would be helpfull for such novice like me.

Probably IBKR has popular(cached) and unpopular tickers, because tickers like AAPL, MSFT etc are loading much faster usually, but less popular tickers loads much slower.

It would be possible that you are hitting Interactive Broker's historical data limitations which are outlined in the publicly available link below:

Also I see that you are using a Trader Workstation that is not the fully supported version.

I would also recommend uninstalling the current version you are using and use the download link in the Connection Guide Below to install the fully supported version of Trader Workstation (985.1g):
