Portal Statements Scrambled

Hi, I was just transferred over from Dorman and given NT Clearing login info. I'm very happy about this, but when i went to check my daily statement i was asked to view the pdf, hit continue, and then upon opening it (with every pdf viewing application I have) it was scrambled in the way you would expect encrypted text to be (windings and random characters etc..)

Any thoughts? I am not dying to view my statements right now, but I figured since this is relatively new I should post it and of course I will need my statements eventually.
