Snap mode grayed out

How do I get NT to allow me to change snap mode?

I've had this happen before and I cannot remember what I did to resolve the issue.

Tried searching for the solution but didn't see anything.

If you create a new chart, without any templates, does the drawing snap mode in the new chart also show that it is grayed out?

Please replace the chart that has snap mode disabled with a new chart as you have reported that the snap mode is not disabled in the new chart.
