    TD Ameritrade Authentication

    Hello,

    Trying to connect to my TD account through NT8. Click "Authorize" and sign in to TD. Allow the connection through TD and then nothing happens. What could I be missing here?

    Thank you for your message.


    Once you have authorized your TDA account, simply click on the 'My TD Ameritrade' connection from the Control Center > Connections drop-down to connect. The light will turn from yellow to green once it is fully connected to your account.

      Hey Justin - So the "Authorize" button does not change to "Authorized" even though I've approved it through TD.

      Also, can I get an interactive brokerage connection setup as well?

        Thank you for the clarification.


        Please write into PlatformSupport[AT]NinjaTrader[DOT]Com along with your log and trace files and a link to this forum post. In your response, please also include 'ATTN Justin' in the subject line so it arrives in my inbox.

        Follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.
        • Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
        • Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
        • Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
        • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
        In your response, please also include your License Key from the Control Center > Help > License Key window. Do not post that or your files on the forums, only through the private email using the steps above.
