    No market data since cutover to ninja clearing

    Hi

    My account was cut over to NInja on Saturday. I went in and subscribed to the new data feed and got an email saying that this has been completed successfully.
    Logged in today and the charts are not moving.

    Please help

    Thank you for writing in.

    Glad to assist. The first thing I would recommend doing is shutting down NinjaTrader and restarting your modem/router.

    If you have an antivirus/firewall installed you will want to add NinjaTrader to its exceptions list.

    If you see the same on restart, please follow up with our brokerage team to verify the account is setup to receive data on their end as well ([email protected]).
