My account used to be with Phillip Capital, but was recently transferred to NT Brokerage, I can't seem to be able to correctly setup a connection in NT8. What connection should I use? I have tried every connection that makes sense with my six digit account # and password and still no luck.
In the email I received it sounded like my username and PW shouldn't have changed...but it seems it clearly did.
Edit: Disregard, for some reason my NT8 license was not loaded...with my old user/PW + NT8 license I made a successful connection.
