Replicating my NT on a VPS

I am trying to setup my NT8 on a VPS. It was pre-installed for me so I did a backup of my existing desktop, (which is working correctly) copied it over to the VPS and imported it to the NT8 on the VPS. I have many third-party indicators which transferred over, including the associated dll's but for some reason I can't run them. Things seem to be locked up and if I open an indicator in the editor and try to compile it, I get a ton of errors, all which seem to be tied to dll issues. How do I get this all running on my VPS? Do I have to remove everything and install it fresh on this VPS installation of NT8?

Just to update my situation. Iwent throught and removed everything in the reference area that tied to a dll. I then imported a few indicators and they seem to be working now. So I guess I have answered my own question and it appears to be just install everything fresh on the new machine.
