Free nt8 version with ib

Hello,

I have connected a free version of NT8 (no account no data feed) to my account in IB because I would like to use NT charts better that IB´s. I have created the connection, and the DOM works ok, moving up and down wiht the price. On the other hand, the charts do not update live. They only show the chart up to the moment I connect, but no further.

Is this normal or should I configure something? The data get through, otherwise the DOM would not update.

I have seen this behavior reported by users not running the supported version of TWS 985.1g. Please verify what version you are using go to the TWS window->Help -> About ->Scroll to the Build #.

With the current version of NinjaTrader, it is critical that you use TWS version 985.1g. Please uninstall your existing version via the Windows Control Panel, and then install 985.1g via the following link:

Once TWS 985.1g has been installed, please ensure that the configuration in our Connection Guide for TWS has been completed as outlined at the link below.
