    Continuum password

    Hi

    I did a fresh install of NT8 after getting a message saying that my NT8 was out of date. Upon installing and successful launch, it appeared to have lost my continuum connection details.
    When I tried to create a new connection it tells me that I have the wrong username and password combination. I have not changed these.

    Can you help?

    Could you please send the log and trace from your platform to look further into this inquiry?

    To send me your log and trace files from within NinjaTrader. Go to Control Center-->Help-->Email Support in NinjaTrader. Put '3338111 - Att Shawn', in the subject field and enable 'Log and trace files'. Also, give a reference of this thread in the body of the email.
