    Forex.com Trade Submission Issues - Server Error

    Has anyone else been able to successfully and consistently submit orders through to Forex.com?

    If I connect to Forex.com I can submit a few orders, but then after a short time passes the orders start getting rejected with the error "Server error affected order".

    I contacted NT help and they said it's a Forex.com issue. I then contacted Forex.com but they seem pretty slow to react/respond so far.

    I'm just wondering if I'm the only person out here trying to trade forex through NT (since it's the only broker that allows leveraged forex for US customers) and if people are using Forex.com if they are able to do so consistently and successfully without this issue.

    Any other solutions that I can trade leveraged forex through without needing a $10 million account with Interactive Brokers?

    As I see that you have already been in contact with our team, unfortunately there is not much more information we could provide until you hear back from Forex.com. Our team has also reached out to them to see if we can find an answer for why these server errors are occurring on their end.

    That being said I will certainly leave this thread open so other users can share their experience.

      Hi Melissa,

      Any chance your team has heard from Forex.com? I've continued to work with them to figure out a solution and it still evades them. Based on my last discussion with them it appears that the trades that are having the server error aren't even getting through to their system.

        Thanks for the reply.

        We actually just heard back from them, they let us know that the error was related to a change they made in their system on Oct 14th. They’re going to fix this error as soon as possible.

        Please let us know if we may be of any further assistance.
