I have a free license live trading account. I see that 'ATM Strategy' can't be used with this license. Is there another way I can attach a bracket order with my entry? I just want to do a simple, fixed stop loss and fixed target that get sent automatically with the order. Maybe an add-on? Thanks.

Thanks for your post.
The functionality you describe would be part of ATM strategies exclusively.
Even if an AddOn were used to automatically submit orders upon the fill of an entry order, those orders could not be submitted with OCO (One Cancels Other.)
A Lease or Lifetime license would be needed to use Trader+ features.
