I opened an account with Amp Clearing back in 2012 when they supported NT, and have not been actively trading for quite some time, but they should still be honoring this platform for clients who signed up before that change.
My problem is that despite being told by Amp Clearing that my credentials are good to trade, I cannot connect to live data through their partnering feed provider (CQG).
It has to be an issue with Amp Clearing or CQG, because I can’t connect to the other platforms the broker provides either.
I uploaded the error message- in case the photo is cropped or otherwise unreadable it states: ‘My CQG: Exception of Type CQG.Trader.DataAccess.SessionManager.NoAccountsfor Use rException was thrown.’
Has anyone seen this message before or know what it means?
