Cannot connect to TD Ameritrade

Dear Support,

I have a funded TDA account, and a Live trading license of Ninjatrader. I have followed the connection guide, and successfully get my NT8 authorized. I attach all the screen shots. When I attempt to connect, NT8 reports error: No primary account ID found (Logon failed).

I delete the connection, create new connection, get it authorized by TDA, and failed during attempt to connect.

Kindly advise how to get this resolved.

Hello Mokaru Zen,

Could it be you have a TD Ameritrade account from Singapore, Hong Kong or Canada? If so, unfortunately the TD Ameritrade API does not support accounts from these countries, so you will not be able to connect to such accounts in NinjaTrader.

Yes, I am in Singapore.

That is disappointing...

Can Ninjatrader liase with TDA to get the API updated so your non-US customer can use NT with TDA feed?
