Market replay not working

Can you please go to Control Center-->Tools-->Historical Data. Double click 'Market Replay' under 'Loaded'. Do you see the Market Replay data you downloaded?

If you select the instrument in question in a SuperDOM, do you receive realtime data there?

For what instrument + expiry month did you download Market Replay data? Let me know for what dates you downloaded Market Replay data as well.

Sorry for the late response, but here is what I see on my screen. yes, I do get some data from the Superdome but not much. the screen still is blank without any ticks, candle sticks, etc,. you guys at Ninja T should do an updated version of the market replay on YouTube. the videos on that site are outdated for the version you guys currently have. some of the screens you describe on the YouTube channel don't even appear on the current version of Ninja T. It is frustrating to follow your channel when the version you describe is so old and does not pertain to the current version you released.

If you get realtime data in the SuperDOM, you should get realtime data in a chart as well. If you now create a brand new chart at Control Center-->New-->Chart, do you receive the same realtime data in this chart as in the SuperDOM?

The screenshot shows 'Historical' is enabled in the Playback control window. This means the Playback uses historical tick data to replay the market. You can view all historical tick data you have present as follows.

• Right click in the Playback control window and select 'Show Available Data'
• Double click Historical-->MES JUN24-->Last-->Tick
• Double click months and dates to check for what times historical tick data is present
