Error message when submitting orders
I use NinjaTrader to automate my forex account. Lately Ive been getting error messages whenever my automated strategies trigger, and sometimes when I manually place trades. They usually say something along the lines of "Server error affected Order". I've attached a screen shot of these messages. I usually have to restart NT to be able to place trades again, but thats annoying as hell especially since Im trying to automate my trading. Thank you for your note.
Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S 3317849" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.- Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
- Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
- Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
- Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
