unrealized PnL price is different from my PnL on my chart trader when i trade live

My unrealized PnL is behind in price to my PnL located on my chart trader. Everytime this week i trade NQ the PnL is showing im up 5-6 ticks on the chart trader but the unrealized PnL on my account tab doesn't reflect that. This occurs when theres high and low volume. However in sim both of them are in sync. my data feed is with rithmic. Do you know why this is?

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S 3317776" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
