Refresh Rate

What is the current refresh rate of price data?
Can this refresh rate be sped up manually?
I have great CPU and GPU capabilities and would like to speed up the refresh rate as much as possible.

Hi mlprice12, thanks for posting.

The refresh rate of a chart is timed to 250ms. There is no way to change this. There is further reading about the subject here:

Hello mlprice2,

We do not recommend using this indicator because the chart refresh rates were chosen so the amount of work involved to re-render a chart does not bog the system down.

If you use this indicator, keep in mind that if you turn up the refresh interval, NinjaTrader will have to spend more time updating charts and this can be more-so impactful for performance when there is higher volatility and in addition for NinjaTrader needing to calculate more with the incoming data, it will also have to work harder to re-render charts more frequently.
