MCL problems

Good Morning,

Have problems using MCL open a chart loads historical but don´t move the Bid/Ask stays 0. I´m use CQG.

Hello Adolfo,

What expiry month do you have selected for the MCL? Do you receive realtime data if you select the MCL 12-21.

To what broker/data feed do you connect in NinjaTrader?

Do you see any error messages in the Control Center-->Log-tab that refers to the MCL futures?

I´m select the MCL 12-21, using CQG, in the Log-tab appears "Failed to resolve instrument for market data:MCLEZ21 is not enabled for real-time quotes and trading"

The error message indicates your connection is not enabled for the MCL. Please contact the broker that provided you the CQG login credentials to enable realtime data as per the MCL.
