Is the a way to set this chart type to display RTH & ETH session in separate profiles?

You would need to add 2 data series in one chart window. One data series that uses the RTH session and the other data series the ETH session. Please see the link below for information on using multiple data series in 1 chart.

The 'Input series' setting of the Order Flow Volume Profile indicator in the Indicator menu determines what data series is used to calculate the Order Flow Volume Profile indicator.
If you want volume profiles to plot in the same chart panel, please select the same chart panel for both data series in the Indicator menu.
