Ninja time off?

Hi, what's going on with the time. How come ninja and tos time are different. Look like ninja is faster. I got strategy that was to work after 1 candle at 930am. But ninja time seem to be faster by 1 candle. Here I attached some picture.

These bars are actually the same, it just looks like TDA labels their bars with the time of its Open while NinjaTrader labels bars with the time that it Closes. In other words, on NinjaTrader 8, that bar Closes at 9:35 but TDA labels it as the bar that starts at 9:30, yet they are technically the same bar.
