Connecting cTrader Account to Ninjatrader

Please note that the cTrader connection only supports CFD instruments and no forex instruments. See the link below which shows supported providers and what data they support.

Can you please select the @EURUSD instrument (CFD) instead of the EURUSD instrument (forex).

IB cannot locate the symbol @eurusd

Can you please go to Control Center-->Tools-->Options-->Market data. Click the "Preferred connections - historical/real-time" settings and then select the cTrader connection for CFD for both settings. Click OK. Restart NinjaTrader and check if the error persists.
