Time frame changes and incomplete data

Hello. I am a total newb with NinjaTrader and cannot figure out something that I am sure is a very simple fix. When looking at a daily chart, all data displays on the chart for as far back as I want to look/scroll, but when I change the time frame--say to 60 minutes--I get only a little bit of data, as shown below with only a small part of the moving average plots and ATR data visible. Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong? I am sorry to waste everyone's time.

Glad to assist. Additional chart data can be requested via right click > Data Series > Increase the value for Days to Load.
