I have the free license of the software. I am trying to enable the messaging feature. I enter all the required fields for my yahoo account, click of the test email, enter the email I want it to receive it in and I don’t get anything. There is nothing in my spam folder and there are no errors showing either. At least no prompts. So I was wondering if it was a license issue that does not allow the software to send emails?

The ability to send email notifications depends on NinjaScript automation, which is not available with the free live license key.
If you want to test this within a simulation environment, then you can switch to a free simulation-only license key. You can contact platformsales[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com to request this type of key.
